Polyurethane sealer and clear solution is available as a two-compound consumable product. You can use polyurethane thinner solvent if needed. However, its solid content is at least 40% and covers more surface area than sealer and clear cellulose. The surface coated by this product is completely anti-corrosive, has high mechanical and chemical resistance. The finishing surface is perfectly uniform.
Product Status: Available
Because of two-compound feature of this products, the coating process with polyurethane sealer and clear is very easy. After using two times sealer and clears, the thickness of approximately 120 microns will be reached. Considering mechanical, chemical and the anti-abrasive properties on applied surfaces it is economical to use this product.
· Surface: Apply semi-matt clear polyurethane on a surface coated with sealer polyurethane.
Mix semi-matt polyurethane clear with hardener polyurethane clear in a ratio of 2 to 1 and add thinner polyurethane to dilute if needed and apply over 15-20 minutes.
To achieve optimum quality conditions, apply layers in 15 minutes. If the time interval is prolonged, apply the next layers after first layer is polished.
· Application: In the furniture industry and all types of wooden surfaces
· Storage Condition: Keep out of direct sunlight at temperatures below 25 ° C for one year.
· Note: Mixed sealer and hardener should be used in less than 4-6 hours.
Adequate ventilation is recommended to have conditioned air and using filtered face mask.
Wear non-impervious disposable gloves for hand protection.
Wear safety glasses to protect your eyes.
Solid content: 40 to 50%
